Interaction Map®
Why?
Molecular interactions in biology are often complex, e.g. ligands simultaneously bind to different
receptors on a cell surface. Even in biophysical assays (SPR/QCM/etc) where purified proteins are used, complex interactions are
quite frequent. Currently available tools for analysis of protein interactions generally assume that one ligand binds to one
receptor in one way, and this is often too much of a simplification.
The Interaction Map platform is a new method for resolving previously uninterpretable data.
