Interaction Map
Overview
Interaction Map is a tool that help understanding complex interaction results.
Independent binding events hidden in a real-time interaction measurement can be
separated and displayed as "peaks" in a map and as individual binding curves.
So, what is hidden in this binding curve? One dominant interaction (red peak) of 3 nM affinity and one additional interaction of 160 nM affinity. Simple to communicate, simple to discuss, and support for making better decisions sooner.
